You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Service.

To receive payouts through Topr, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users under the age of 18 are not eligible to receive payouts.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements
• You have full authority to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Any payout or payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you

Creators may use Topr without creating a traditional user account.

To participate in reward opportunities, Topr may request:

• Links to social media posts or other content
• Contact information
• Payment information processed through Stripe
• Verification or compliance-related information

By submitting content, links, or other materials to Topr, you agree to these Terms.

Creators using Topr are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Topr or any brand.

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Taxes and reporting obligations
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Their own content creation processes

Topr does not control how creators produce content outside of campaign requirements.

Topr connects creators with reward-based opportunities offered by brands ("Campaigns").

The process generally works as follows:

1. 1A brand funds a Campaign
2. 2Topr manages the reward process
3. 3Creators complete tasks and submit proof via links
4. 4Submissions are reviewed
5. 5Approved submissions are paid out through Stripe

Topr may reject, delay, or withhold rewards if submissions do not meet campaign requirements or violate these Terms.

By submitting any content, links, captions, or media through the Service, you grant Topr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use such content for platform operations, marketing, analytics, reporting, and promotional purposes, including allowing brands to reuse the content.

You retain ownership of your content.

Brands must:

• Fund Campaigns upfront
• Clearly define campaign requirements
• Act in good faith when reviewing submissions

Campaigns may not be canceled after creator participation has begun. Topr's determination regarding compliance is binding.

You may not:

• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Manipulate engagement or metrics
• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Violate campaign rules or platform policies
• Post illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Interfere with the Service or attempt reverse engineering

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of payouts, or legal action.

Topr uses automated tools, including AI, for fraud detection, content verification, safety, and platform optimization. These systems may influence submission review and payout decisions.

All platform software, branding, features, and proprietary systems are owned by Topr. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Topr may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred prior to termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Topr does not guarantee earnings, campaign availability, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topr's total liability is limited to the amount paid to you through the platform in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topr from claims arising from your content, platform use, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts. Class actions are waived.

Topr may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
